Mr W had 8 properties he had purchased off plan over the last 5 years, he also had a further 2 completing, one in Knightsbridge and one in Chelsea.

We then helped to snag the apartments to be sure that any defects were dealt with and rectified by the developer. Then we furnished the apartment ready for the local lettings market. It took 2 weeks to rent each apartment.
