During this time she was publicly recognized as one of Management Today’s Management Today – 35 under 35’ women of achievement, was a finalist in the Women of the Future Awards and was invited to meet the Queen at a reception for the 200 Most Influential Women in British Industry.

Leaving in 2007, Sam started 1st Asset with co-Director Andy Smith, and now directly oversees the property management function. She is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and has an MBA from Ashridge Management College.

She has her own portfolio of four properties, and occasionally speaks as a professional panelist on the Richard Bacon Show (Radio 5 Live) on business issues.

Sam is married with two children and lives in Central London.
