His company 1st Property Investment Ltd was founded in 2003 and sourced property for hundreds of professional investors.

Andy set up 1st Asset Management in 2007 to service the portfolios of his investor clients, and the company has grown strongly year on year, now managing the portfolios for many of the landlords who joined the market, as well as the friends, family and colleagues they have referred across and the clients who have approached us directly.

In 2008 the decision was taken to focus on combining the Investment and Development expertise of 1st Property Investment with the management focus of 1st Asset. 1st Asset now manages over 250 properties and has managed over 6 major development projects for clients during this 3 year period. In the last year our management division has grown by in-excess of 40% and the investment/development side has grown by over 100%.

Andy now specializes in advising clients on prime residential investment, including sourcing and refurbishing and letting high-end property, and has turned around 4 major projects in the past 24 months – generating a gross £2m in equity growth for his clients. His first project (a grade 2* private country residence) was reviewed by Kristy Alsopp of ‘Location Location Location’ as ‘one of the most charming houses I’ve ever seen’. His second was the total development of a £3m town House in Chelsea. He is currently overseeing the total refurbishment of a £3m house in Chelsea Harbour, and is next booked to renovate an £8m private house in prestigious Regents Park.

He has a great hands-on knowledge of the London market, particularly Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Richmond, having lived in the area for the past 10 years.

Andy is married with two children and lives in Central London.
