Most property investment companies wait for developers to call them and offer ‘deals’ – often in large volumes and on sites that are struggling to find purchasers on the open-market because they’re badly positioned or overpriced. This is why you’ll find so much discounted property in the North West, which is now suffering from serious over-supply. At 1st Asset we first pick our target areas – almost exclusively in the South East, where demand is highest – and then approach carefully selected developers to strike the best off plan deals.

Here at 1st Asset we’re all property investors, owning literally dozens of properties between us. We know exactly how exciting and nerve-wracking it can be to make your first buy to let or new build investment purchase, and how important it is to work with brokers, solicitors and lettings-agents that you like and trust. This means we’re genuinely sympathetic to your hopes and fears as an investor, and it shows in how we do business with you.

Our Sales Progression team will manage the relationship with the broker, solicitor and developer to make sure everyone’s in constant contact, completely updated and on track to deliver to deadlines. Our property Portfolio Managers are on hand immediately contract-completion is imminent to make sure your property is ready to let, placed with a good local agent at a competitive rate, and tenanted at the first opportunity, and our Financial team are on hand to keep you informed on how your property portfolio is performing, so you can make informed decisions on where and when to invest next.
